WISEdata: Managing Ed-Fi Credentials, including Key and Secret

Beginning in the 2025-2026 school year, there will be new URLs for every new school year. Additionally, LEAs will need to create or resubscribe to vendor subscriptions annually for all vendors.

Adding Key and Secret in SEEDS

Beginning in the 2025-2026 school year, LEAs are responsible for adding their Key and Secret in SEEDS each year. Note: Only users with Admin level permission will be able to add or edit Edfi Credentials. 

To add or edit the Key and Secret: 

1. Go to Toolbox - WISEdata Settings
2. Click "EdFi Credentials."
3. Enter the Key and Secret for the school year.
4. Click "Save Credentials."
