Review of Previous IEP's Goals

In SEEDS, on the I-3 IEP> Tab I - PLAAFP> Question A.3, you will find the question addressing the old goals:

This question must be answered with one of the options  (Yes/No/N/A).  If there is a pre-existing IEP (I-3) in SEEDS, the goal options after View Previous IEP Goals will be hyperlinks to the last IEP.  When selecting one of the hyperlinks, a window will open revealing the old goal selected, including any progress notes that were recorded below that goal.

At the bottom of this window, there are questions that are required to document the progress.  You can also access the same questions by going into the prior I-3 IEP. If there is no prior IEP, you can also document the closed out goals by using the I-3-S9 - IEP Subform - Progress Report Addendum, which is also where progress reports can be documented.

Printing Closed Out IEP Goals

Currently, the only way to print the previous goals is to go to the previous event, select the I-3, and click on Print Preview.  In the Print/Preview Options, select By Section and Section IV-Goals & Objectives and then select continue.  At this point, you will be able to print the previous goals and the progress information.
