• I-1: Fixes incorrect validation error when text has been added to the Spanish role field
• A6-ID: Removes unneeded text field when "Re-evaluation" is checked 
• A6-SLD: Prints signature page on its own page
• S-9: Fixes dates not populating in print version

Other Updates

• Adds Export of Student Data report to V4
• Fixes issue preventing some students from being able to be activated
• Fixes the "Use Student Details" checkbox on the Parent/Guardian tab not saving the data pulled from Student Details tab
