SEEDS4Schools Change Log - August 20th, 2026

Forms: 

• I-3-P: Separated the I-3-P from the I-3 so that the I-3-P can be created, moved, copied, archived, deleted, and emailed separately from the I-3. Removed the Annual Review section from the I-3-P. 
• I-3-AR: Created the new I-3-AR Annual Review form. 
• I-3: Added automation so the new I-3-AR form will create when a user answers "Yes" to previous goals being reviewed. 

Note: After a release, it may be necessary to clear the cache and/or hard refresh (ctrl shift R) in order to experience the update.
