• I-3: Fixes "Other" not showing on the I-3's print version for the Pre-ACT accommodations.
• I-3-S3S: Fixes validation for the District of Residence field.

Other Updates

• Evaluation in Process: Clears cached data for certain users when a student's Eval In Process changes so students will show up faster when "Yes" is chosen. 

*Reminder: Users may experience a white screen when updates are taking place. It may be necessary to do a hard refresh (Ctrl Shift R) from the login page in order to see these updates.
