SEEDS V4 Change Log - July 17th, 2023

Updates

• Annual SEEDS Rollover took place on July 15th. 
  • Forms that are Archived are permanently deleted
  • Testing District’s form/event data is permanently deleted 
  • Students over the age of 27 are permanently deleted
  • Users who have not logged in for two years are made inactive users
  • 2023-24 is now the default school year.
  • Staff who are attached to a Class or Itinerant list can see their students for the new year.
  • Grades are increased by one year with the exception of PK. 
  • The new grades are synced with the enrollments for the new school year.
  • Forms from the previous school year are locked with the exception of the below forms:
    • I-3-P - IEP Progress Report
    • I-3-S9 - IEP Subform - Progress Report Addendum 
    • S-10 - Services Plan
    • S-14 - Summary of Performance
    • S-22 - Child Outcome Summary Form Log In 
    • S-25 - Functional Behavior Assessment
    • S-26 - Behavior Intervention Plan
  • Forms/Events for 2023-24 school year can now be created

Other Updates

• Text editors on some evaluation forms (A forms) are now updated to the new text editor.

Reminders

• After rollover, evaluation forms can be moved from 22-23 to 23-24 events.
  • If you have the Move permission, you will be able to copy and/or move the Evaluation 2022-2023 forms into a 2023-2024 event, if you choose to.
    • After July 15th, create a 2023-2024 evaluation event.
    • Select the evaluation 2022-2023 forms by checking the checkbox prior to the form name on the Student Detail View.
    • Click the Move button and select the 2023-2024 evaluation event. Once the forms have been moved into a current year event, they will become editable once again.

• Users may experience a white screen when updates are taking place. It may be necessary to do a hard refresh (Ctrl Shift R) from the login page in order to see these updates.
