• I-3-S3: Fixed an issue where the text did not wrap on the goal and objective section of the form. 
• A-6 DHH: Fixed an issue where an extra question showed up on the print view of the form. 

Other

• Access Log: Fixed an issue where the Access Log did not show when a form was emailed. 

*Reminder: Users may experience a white screen when updates are taking place. It may be necessary to do a hard refresh (Ctrl Shift R) from the login page in order to see these updates.
