SEEDS4Schools Change Log - January 16, 2026

Forms: 

• A6-EBD: Fixed issue where questions where text box did not show up correctly in print view. 
• A6-ID: Fixed issue where checkboxes were hidden. 
• S-8: Removed validations from form. 
• I-3: Fixed issue on tab V, where NA could be checked and text could still be entered in a textbox. 
• I-3-S2: Removed question mark on PTP form. 
• I-3-S9: Now available in all events. 

Student Detail View: 

• Eval in Process: Eval in Process question on Evaluation tab will be marked "Yes" when Initial or Re-eval event is created. 
• Apply Changes to Current Event: Fixed issue where this button did not update the school for certain forms.

Reports: 

• IEP Planning Sheet: Fixed issue where the school year for re-eval and IEP due date advanced one year. 

Enrollments: 

• Class Lists: Fixed issue where class lists moved years if users were working in class lists in multiple browser tabs. 

Note: After a release, it may be necessary to clear the cache and/or hard refresh (ctrl shift R) in order to experience the update.
