• Fixes issue with the print version in some cases where a form event's didn't have a related grade level. (example: I-1 Print View when the parent section was included)

• WISEdata Settings under Toolbox - Disables fields inside the Edit School page for users without the right permissions.
• SEPA data - Fixes issues with mismatching start dates for schools/districts.
