WISEdata Settings - School Year End Date

SEEDS needs the school year end date in order to add an end date to all SEPA records in the district each year. Beginning May 2026, districts can schedule when to end SEPA records in their districts. 

1. Go to Toolbox - WISEdata Settings. 
2. Click WISE End Date

1. Enter the "End date for the 2025-2026 School Year." This date should match the last day of school for all students in the district SIS. 
2. Click Save. 
3. Click Schedule End. 

1. Add the date that you want to stop sending SEPA records for the school year. 
   1. This date may be the last day of school, or it may be after the last day of school. 
   2. On the scheduled date, all SEPA records will be end dated using the "End date for the 2025-2026 School Year" date provided on the WISE End Dates main page. 
2. Click Schedule Run. 
3. An email will be sent to the user who completed the schedule run information in SEEDS. 

Important Note: 

The End date for the School Year must match the last day of school listed in the SIS. Be sure to check for snow days or other days that may impact the last day of school.
