WISEdata Settings - School Year End Date

Beginning in May 2025, LEAs will be able to add their own school year end date to SEEDS. 

SEEDS needs the school year end date in order to add an end date to all SEPA records in the district each year. 

This task must be completed prior to SEEDS rollover on July 15th each year. 

Adding a School Year End Date

1. Go to Toolbox - WISEdata Settings. 
2. Enter the "End date for the 2024-2025 School Year."
3. Click Save. 

Important Information:

1. Do not edit any of the other dates on the WISEdata Settings page. These dates have already been used to create SEPA records for the school year. 

2. The End date for the 2024-2025 School Year must match the last day of school listed in the SIS. Be sure to check for snow days or other days that may impact the last day of shcool.
