User Settings contains multiple sections:
- Default District
- Email Address
- View Options
Default District
The Default District is a dropdown that includes all of the districts assigned to a user in User Database under District Access.
The Default District will show up when a user searches in the Students icon in IEP4Schools.
Email Address
The email address listed matches the email address that is entered for a user in User Database.
If this needs to be updated, please notify your district administrator.
View Options
Users have different options for how they view information in IEP4Schools.
Filter by Status:
This status appears on the Students icon search page. The Active/Inactive status for a student appears in the Special Ed Status column of Student Search Results.
- Show All - will show both Special Ed Active and Inactive students
- Show Active - will only show students who have an Active Special Ed status
- Show Inactive - will show students who have an Inactive Special Ed status
Filter Students By Eval In Process:
This status appears on the Students icon search page. The Eval in Process status for a student appears in the In Process column of Student Search Results.
- Show Active List - This option will only show students who have Evaluation in Process marked No on their Student Detail View.
- Show Evaluation in Process - This option will only show students who have Evaluation in Process marked Yes on their Student Detail View.
- Show Both Active List and Eval in Process - This option will show all students.
Reports View Option:
Reports can be viewed either by Category or Alphabetically. This option can also be viewed on the Reports page.
- Alphabetical - Sort the reports alphabetically by the report title
- Category - Sort the reports by the below Categories:
- Enrollments
- WISEdata
- Timelines
- Miscellaneous
- Indicators
