Export of Student Data Report

The Export of Student Data report is a valuable report in SEEDS. The report is created in V4, which means that it will pull the most up to date information about a student. Information on the report is collected from the Student Detail View. 

Recommended Usage

The Export of Student Data report can be used in place of a variety of V3 reports in SEEDS. 

• Private School Students report
• Tuition Waiver report
• Open Enrolled Students report
• Active Students report
• Home School report
• Transportation List report

Creating Configurations

Users can create configurations that will help them to gather the same filtered information from year to year. Configurations can be modified as needed, in order to create a report that gathers the necessary information. 

To create your own configuration:

1. Type the name of the configuration on the Configuration line.
2. Select data that is needed from each of the dropdown menus
3. Click “Create Report.”
4. A red trash can will appear if the configuration is saved correctly.

Here is a list of Configurations that users can create in Export of Student Data. To add to this list, open the document, go to File - Make a Copy, and add your own Configurations.
