Staff Reports Available on Dashboard

Reports listed on the Dashboard are available for all staff. Staff who are attached to students on a class or itinerant list will only see student data for the students they are associated with.

Report Views

There are two views available for the list of reports, Category and Alphabetical. You may choose a default for your report list view under Toolbox>Settings/Preferences>View Options.

List of Reports

Active Student Report
This report shows students who are determined Active based on their Student Detail View, with the option to show if and where they are enrolled on a class list or itinerant service list. Note: Students are considered Active in SEEDS if following questions are marked Yes on the Student's Evaluation tab: Does Child Have an Impairment? Does Child Need Special Ed? 

Active Students is a snapshot report, meaning it selects all students that at that moment are special education active.  Also, if a student was dismissed sometime during the year, they will not appear on this report. Students can be Sped Active, but not Enrolled on a class list and will appear on this report. 

This report is available only by permission for Admin.

Assessment Accommodations Report 
The Assessment Accommodations report pulls the student's accommodations which are selected on the student's most recent IEP which is in final format. 

This report is available to all staff.

Attendance

Birth to Three
This report shows a list of students who are Birth to Three (as noted on the Data Collection Form) 

This report is available only by permission for Admin.

Current Enrollments
This report lists student's enrollment data.

This report is available only by permission for Admin.

Current Re-Evaluation Due (Classroom or Itinerant)
This report will pull Evaluations due prior to the date entered in the Evals Due Prior To field.
This report may be exported to CSV.

This report is available to all staff.

Current Re-Evaluation List
This report lists all students due for a 3 year re-eval, for the time period selected, sorted by Resident District or Placement District, showing all Detailed or Summary data of classes/services enrolled in.

This report is available to all staff.

  • IEP/Service Plan Due Date
  • Birthdate
  • Resident District
  • Placement School
  • Grade
  • Educational Environment
  • Case Manager (as noted on the Student Detail View>Evaluation Details tab)

Enrollment History by Year
This report will pull Special Ed active students who are enrolled on a class list or itinerant list.  If a date range is not selected, it will include all students who have been enrolled at one point in the year, which means it could include kids that have transferred or have been dismissed. 

This report is available only by permission for Admin.

Evaluation Timeline
This report is a data collection measure for initial and re-evaluations.  It reports the required timelines for compliance. This timeline data pulls dates directly from the individual forms the data is collected on. This report may be exported to a CSV format.
This report is available only by permission for Admin. 
Report includes:
  • Grade
  • Birthdate
  • Does the student have an impairment data and disability?
  • Does the student need special ed data?
  • Evaluation type
  • A-1 Referral Date
  • A-2(S) A-2 - Notice of Receipt of Referral or Notice of Reevaluation Date
  • A-3 Notice / Consent Regarding Need to Conduct Additional Assessments Sent Date
  • A-3 Notice / Consent Regarding Need to Conduct Additional Assessments Received Date
  • A-3 Notice / Consent Regarding Need to Conduct Additional Assessments Denied Consent Date
  • A-4 Notice That No Additional Assessments are Needed Date
  • A-6 IEP Team Evaluation Report including Eligibility Determination Date

Export of Student Data
This report offers options to pick fields from the Student Detail View and export them in to an Excel spreadsheet, tab delimited, or CSV format.

In order to choose information, select the dropdown and select the information that is needed. Configurations can be saved for later use. 

To save a Configuration: 

Add Name of the Configuration first, select data that is needed from each of the drop downs, then select Create Report. 

Helpful Hint: To search for information between a date range, such as determining IEP meetings that were held within a date range, create the report with the selected information and filter the CSV report to find the date range.

Export

 

 

Form Status
This report lists students who Have or Do Not Have or All students for the form(s) selected. It can be sorted by Alphabetical, Age, Grade or School. It also shows if the form is in Draft or Final status and when it was created. The report links to the form in the student's Student Detail View.

This report is available to all staff.

Home School Report
List students, by Residence District or Placement District (or both) with Yes select to Is student home schooled? on their Student Detailed View>District Details tab.

This report is available only by permission for Admin.

  • Impairment

IEP Data Report
The IEP Data Report lists student's data from his/her most recent IEP which is in final format. The student must have an active enrollment. 

This report is available to all staff.

  • Physical Education
  • Vocational Education

IEP Due Dates
Lists students by IEP due date, filtered by District of Placement and District of Residence, in Summary or Detail. This report may be exported to a CSV format.

IEP Planning Sheet (Classroom & Itinerant)
The IEP Planning Sheet report lists students by Class or Itinerant list, depending on the report that you pull. 

This report is available to all staff.

Labels by District (Itinerant and Classroom)

Creates a printable list of labels by district, for Classroom and Itinerant lists.  Note: Itinerant Services will look at enrollment records of the student and just one student needs to be in the selected district in order for the entire itinerant list to be used.

This report is available to all staff. 

 

Labels by Zip Code
Creates a printable list of labels, sorted by Zip Code, Alphabetical or by School for students that have that district selected as their District of Placement or District of Residence. Student must be enrolled in a classroom or on itinerant list according to the date the report was ran. This label is tracked on the Student Detail View>Evaluation Details tab.

This report is available only by permission for Admin. 


Master Class Listing by District
Detail or Summary list of Class List information with a filter for Active,  Inactive, or All Enrollments. This report may be exported to a CSV format.

This report is available to all staff.

Status Change for October 1st Child Count

List of changes to the Start/Exit date, Educational Environment and Impairment fields, by district, on the Student Detail View. This report was built to assist with WISEdata reporting.

This report is available only by permission for Admin.

Student Exits
List students who have a Special Ed Dismiss Date or a District Exit Date on their Student Detail View because they have moved out of the district or have been dismissed from special education. The report sorts students based on their exit code.
This report is available only by permission for Admin.

List of students who transferred into the district or have exited the district.

Transportation List

Lists all students with Transportation as related service on their Student Detail View, by District of residence.
This report is available only by permission for Admin.

Tuition Waiver

Lists students who had Current Year Tuition, Additional Year Tuition, or Senior Rule selected on his/her Student Detailed View, between a range of dates. Options available for Residence, Placement or both and Active, Inactive or both and the Service Year.
This report is available only by permission for Admin.

Lists users who have access to the chosen district. This report can be exported to CSV and also exported to CSV with permissions to see which staff have what permissions.

WISEdata Comparison

This report pulls a comparison of SEPA records in WISEdata and SEEDS. The information should match, or errors will show up in WISEdata. In order to determine if data matches, refer to the last column of the report. If it says YES, the information in WISEdata and SEEDS matches. If is says NO or NA, the information does not match and the student's SEPA record needs to be fixed.
