Prior to August 2026, SEEDS offered two places to close out annual IEP goals:
- I-3 IEP Hyperlinks to Previous Goals
- I-3-P Progress Report form
As of August 2026, there is a standalone form called the I-3-AR (Annual Review of Goals), where users can complete the Annual Review of Goals.
Automatically Creating the I-3-AR
The I-3-AR will pull goal information from the most recent I-3-P chronologically in the list of events for the student.
The I-3-AR will be created automatically by answering "Yes" to reviewing previous goals on the I-3.
- Create an I-3.
- On tab I, Section A, Question 3, answer Yes.
- A pop-up window will show up that the form is being automatically created.
Note: If the answer was previously marked as Yes (such as in a Review/Revise I-3 that has been copied from one event to another), the form will not automatically create.
Manually Creating the I-3-AR
The I-3-AR will pull goal information from the most recent I-3-P chronologically in the list of events for the student.
For example:
- An Annual event is created.
- A Review/Revise event is created after the Annual event.
- The Review/Revise event has an I-3-P in it.
- An I-3-AR is added to the Annual event.
- The I-3-AR will pull goals from the I-3-P in the Review/Revise event, even if there is an I-3-P in the Annual event as well.
Additional information about the I-3-P can be found in this linked Help Center article.
Additional Information:
- The I-3-AR will pull goal information from the most recent I-3-P chronologically in the list of events for the student.
- The I-3-AR can be moved/copied/archived/deleted/emailed/printed.
- The I-3-AR can be found in any event with an I-3.
- Questions A and B on the I-3-AR cannot be edited on the I-3-AR. The information is pulled from the I-3-P, which is pulled from the I-3 Goal Section.
- Translation for questions A and B on the I-3-AR needs to be on the I-3-P, which is pulled from the I-3.
