This is a link to a 1:12 minute video showing how to upload a PDF into the U/Uploaded PDF form.
The U/Uploaded PDF Form is a place where supporting documents can be shared in an event. One example would be to upload the student's previous IEP if it does not exist in SEEDS. On the student's Student Detail View create an event to hold the U/Uploaded form if an event does not already exist or select the U - Uploaded PDF form from the drop down list of forms in an existing event to create the form. It is the very last form option listed.
The form will open. Follow the below 3 steps:
- Add the title of the uploaded PDF.
- Click the paperclip to select the PDF file from the computer.
- Save the form.
The U/Uploaded PDF form will include the additional title which was added.
To access the uploaded PDF, click on the link with green words (next to the black title of the form) on the student's Events & Forms tab in the event the PDF was uploaded.
