IEP4Schools will send an email reminder for upcoming IEP and Evaluation due dates.
- The student must be assigned to a class or itinerant list.
- An email will be sent to the staff assigned as primary to a class list and itinerant list.
- Emails are sent 60, 40, and 14 days prior to the IEP and Evaluation meeting due dates.
*Be sure to check your spam folder! The email will have the heading "Reminder for Upcoming Eval/IEPs Due."
IEP Meeting Due Dates
The IEP Meeting Due Date is calculated from the student's Evaluation tab.
The date listed in the IEP/Service Plan Annual Meeting space is the date that the current IEP annual meeting took place.
The date listed in the IEP Due space is the date that IEP4Schools calculates as the future Annual meeting due date, meaning the next IEP Annual meeting needs to take place by that date.
The IEP Due date is one year minus one day from the IEP/Service Plan Annual Meeting date.
Evaluation Meeting Due Dates
The Evaluation Meeting Due Date is calculated from the student's Evaluation tab.
The date listed in the Evaluation Meeting space is the date of the most recent Evaluation meeting.
The date listed in the Eval Due space is the date that IEP4Schools calculates as the future Evaluation meeting due date, meaning the next Evaluation meeting needs to take place by that date.
The Eval Due date is three years minus one day from the Evaluation Meeting date.
User Database Requirements
A user must have "Eval/IEP Reminder Emails" checked in User Database in order to receive reminder emails.
