Historical View - Student Detail View

Historical View is now available in V4 on several tabs in the Student Detail View. This feature was previously only available in V3. 

Historical View shows changes in data fields on the Student tab, District tab, and Evaluation tab. 

Accessing Historical View

To access the Historical View: 

1. Go to the Student Detail View. 
2. Click on the Student, District, or Evaluation tab. 
3. Click on "View Historical Data."

Understanding Historical View Data

1. Fields highlighted in green indicate a field that has information that has been updated. 
2. Each time that data is changed on a tab in the Student Detail View, a new screen is created on the Historical View page. Access previous pages by clicking "Previous" in the top left corner. 
3. A record of when the information was updated, as well as who updated the information can be found on the top right corner of the Historical View.
