Evaluation Timeline Data

The Evaluation TimeLine Report pulls dates from the forms to calculate the number of work and calendar days. Below is further information on where the data pulls from in this report.

1. Impair: Pulls information from Student Detail View>Evaluation Details>Does Child Have an Impairment
2. Spec Ed: Pulls information from Student Detail View>Evaluation Details>Does Child Need Special Ed
3. Eval Type: Pulls information from the type of Evaluation Event
4. A-1: Pulls information from the Date Received on the A-1 -Referral for Special Education Evaluation
5. A-2/A-2S: Pulls information from the A-2 - Notice of Receipt of Referral or Notice of Reevaluation>Form Date or the A-2-S - Notice of Agreement that a Three-Year Reevaluation Not Needed>On date
6. A-3 Sent: Pulls information from the A-3 - Notice and Consent Regarding Need to Conduct Additional Assessments>Form date
7. A-3 Received: Pulls information from the A-3 - Notice and Consent Regarding Need to Conduct Additional Assessments>Date Signed Consent Received or Denied. 
8. A-4:  Pulls information from the A-4 - Notice That No Additional Assessments are Needed>Form date
9. A-6: Pulls information from the A-6 - IEP Team Evaluation Report including Eligibility Determination>Form date
10. 15 Wkdays: Shows the number of weekdays between the A-1/A-2 Received Date and the A-3/A-4 dates
11. 60 Cal Days: Shows the number of total days (weekday and weekend) between the A-3/A-4 Received Date and the A-6 dates
