Annual Review of Goals

SEEDS offers two places to close out annual IEP goals: 

• I-3 IEP Hyperlinks to Previous Goals
• I-3-P Progress Report form

Note: If data is added to the I-3 in the noted section, it will autofill into the previous I-3-P.

I-3 IEP Hyperlinks to Previous Goals

In SEEDS, on the I-3 Tab I, Section I.A, Question 3,  If there is a pre-existing I-3 IEP in SEEDS, the goal options after View Previous IEP Goals will be hyperlinks to the last IEP.

Click on the hyperlink to open the previous goal and complete the Annual Review of Goals.

At the bottom of the pop-up window, there are questions that are required to document the progress.  

*You can also access the same questions by accessing the previous I-3-P. If there is no prior IEP, you can also document the closed out goals by using the I-3-S9 - IEP Subform - Progress Report Addendum, which is also where progress reports can be documented.

On the I-3-P, below each goal, there is a space to enter the Annual Review of Goals.
