Revert Button on Forms

The revert button will change a form from FINAL back to DRAFT. 

Here are a few things to know about the revert button. 

• The revert button is only available on forms in the current year. 
• Only users with Admin level permission in User Database can see the revert button. 
• When the revert button is pressed, the form will change from Final to Draft. This includes the DRAFT watermark in the print preview. Any validations will not show up when when the form is in Draft. 
• The revert button can be pressed on a form even when the event is locked.
