Oct 1 Data from WISEdata
Check for the Oct 1 Child Count in WISEdata is by using the ChildCount Export in WISEdata Portal
-
- Column AC - Count Date Receiving Services: denotes whether a student is receiving services while enrolled in the school. Values are: Present - Receiving Services; Absent - Receiving Services; or Not Receiving Services.
- Column M - Child Count Disability Status: is a DPI calculated field. If DpiTfsReportingDisability from mass enrollment export is Null/N/U, then the student shows as 'SwoD (student without disability)' else 'SwD (student with disability)'.
- Column P - Count Inclusion For Oct 1: denotes whether a student is enrolled and receiving services to be eligible for credit on the count date. For a student to be included in the Oct 1st child Count, the student must be enrolled in the school on the count date and the student must be assigned to a valid grade for his or her school.
OR
Another way to check for Oct 1 Child Count, is on a student-level. The ‘CcReceivingServices’ is the value sent from the SIS. Other values are DPI-calculated.
The number of students who are included in WISEdata's Oct 1 count should match the number of students enrolled on the Enrollment History by Year report ran for just Oct 1st.
