Timely Special Ed Initial Evaluation (Indicator 11)
Beginning in the 23-24 school year, WISEdata collection will include Timely Initial Evaluations (Indicator 11), which requires the State to annually report on the percent of children who were evaluated within 60 days of receiving parental consent for initial evaluation as part of the State Performance Plan (SPP). These would be children for whom the LEA has received a referral to be evaluated to determine eligibility for special education services.
